1. Thrasio

Thrasio is the largest Amazon FBA aggregator. Headquartered in Walpole, Massachusetts, the company has raised over $3.4 billion. Since 2018, they’ve paid over half-a-billion dollars to over 200 brand owners selling their business.

They acquire global brands in a wide range of categories but are only interested in larger businesses with at least $1M in annual revenue.

2. Berlin Brands Group

Berlin Brands Groups is headquartered in Berlin, Germany and is a global Amazon FBA aggregator. Founded in 2005, the company has raised $1.3 billion in capital.

In 2020, the company realized over $300 million in net revenue. Their portfolio includes 45+ brands, 15+ million units sold, and 3,700+ products.

 

3. Perch

Third on our list is Perch, which is considered to be one of Thrasio’s top competitiors. Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, Perch also has a global reach and has raised $908 million in capital. They’ve acquired over 100 brands and have a team of 250+ Amazon experts.

Similar to Thrasio, they are looking for brands with $1 million in revenue or $200,000 in profit. Their website states that they are category agnostic. They have products in home and garden, health and wellness, children’s apparel, etc., while staying away from products such as weapons, CBD-related products, etc.
