Know Your Goals

It is important to know what your goals are for your brand on Amazon. It is not enough to say "We want higher sales" or "We want lower ACoS." Everyone wants that. The hard question is: “How are we going to get there?”

We have to weigh short-term goals (Let's sell more now!) with long-term goals (Building a lasting brand). We work with our brand partners to help them choose which goals are most important.

How Do You Accomplish Your Goals?

It's our job, as the industry expert, to focus the team's energy onto those specific goals, choose targets (Revenue, Ad Spend) for those goals, and track whether or not we are hitting those targets.

For Example, on the home page of our client dashboards & monthly reporting, we list the key strategic goals in large font. Then we track important targets like revenue and ad spend right below it. This makes it very clear whether we are on the right track to meet our strategic goals for the month.
